1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all transport services provided by Taxi Innsbruck, Mitterweg 159, 6020 Innsbruck (hereinafter referred to as "Taxi Innsbruck") to its customers. By booking a taxi or using our transport services, the customer accepts these T&Cs.

2. Contract Formation

The transport contract is concluded when the customer books a taxi ride and Taxi Innsbruck confirms the booking. Bookings can be made by phone, in person, via our website, or through our booking platform.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

3.1 The prices for our transport services are based on the current taxi tariff regulations in Innsbruck.

3.2 For special rides, such as airport transfers or event rides, the agreed flat rates apply.

3.3 Payment is usually made directly to the driver in cash or by debit/credit card. Upon prior agreement, payment by invoice is also possible.

4. Obligations of Taxi Innsbruck

4.1 Taxi Innsbruck commits to transporting the customer punctually, safely, and reliably to the desired destination.

4.2 Taxi Innsbruck provides clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy vehicles.

4.3 For medical transport, we offer assistance with getting in and out of the vehicle.

5. Customer Obligations

5.1 The customer is required to wear a seatbelt and follow the driver's instructions.

5.2 Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle.

5.3 If the vehicle is soiled by the customer, a cleaning fee may be charged.

6. Luggage

6.1 The transport of normal luggage is included in the fare.

6.2 For particularly bulky or extensive luggage, please inform us when booking so we can provide a suitable vehicle.

7. Cancellation and Delay

7.1 Cancellations of pre-booked rides should be made at least one hour before the agreed pickup time.

7.2 In case of no-show, a cancellation fee equal to the basic fare may be charged.

7.3 If the customer is more than 10 minutes late, the driver may charge for waiting time or cancel the ride.

8. Liability

8.1 Taxi Innsbruck is liable for damages incurred by the customer during transport according to legal provisions.

8.2 For luggage damage, Taxi Innsbruck is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.

8.3 Liability for force majeure (e.g., extreme weather conditions, traffic disruptions) is excluded.

9. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Final Provisions

10.1 Place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is Innsbruck.

10.2 Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

10.3 Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
